About Us

Associated Business Equipment was founded in 1989 providing sales and service of office technology including typewriters, fax machines and photocopiers. Associated started selling and installing mobile phones shortly thereafter and has grown to become a leader in cellular mobile products, serving Fort Saskatchewan and the surrounding area for almost 25 years. Although the portable hand-held devices of today look nothing like an Aurora or mobile car phone from the 1980s, the fundamentals of service and keeping customers communicating is still what drives us.

With the ever changing cellular industry Associated Business Equipment changed names to Associated Telecom Inc, also known as TELUS Town Crest Road. The store that served the downtown Fort Saskatchewan area moved to a new location off Highway 21. The main priority of the new location is still keeping the same exceptional customer service that was offered at the previous location but just having more accessibility for our clients. The new location is now able to offer the new cutting edge technologies in tablets, such as the Apple iPad Air and iPad mini. As well as carrying all of the current Smartphones such as the very popular iPhone 5S to the Blackberry. We also provide service in setting up Optik TV, Satellite and internet.
